As part of a complete refresh for its TNT Burger patty brand, Cargill tapped Tartan Marketing to help with sales empowerment. Our two-tiered approach to rejuvenate their burger sales program featured Intuvio™ an interactive sales presentation designed to help the sales team sell more consultatively, and an email contest to inspire Cargill sales pros to get comfortable using the new tool.
Intuvio™ empowers sales reps to show how the TNT portfolio addresses customer challenges, and share smart business tips, menu ideas and other tactics to drive each customer’s bottom line and to enable sales empowerment for the team as a whole. The email contest challenged reps to explore the rich selling resources embedded in the tool and answer daily questions about its contents for a chance to win a GoPro camera. More than 80% of reps participated in the contest, creating excitement over using the new tool.
In tandem with a full brand refresh, website redesign and numerous other tactics, the sales program efforts have helped Cargill regain market share and reposition TNT as the go-to premium frozen burger option for foodservice operators.
